With Packaging Innovation 2025 set to take place at the NEC on February 12th, we were approached at the end of January by Echo Packaging with an exciting challenge to help design and deliver an impactful exhibition stand, complete with a dynamic video showcase, in an incredibly tight timeframe.

Recognising the urgency of the project, we jumped straight in, collaborating closely with the Echo Packaging team to develop a visually engaging and informative stand. Beyond simply executing their brief, we contributed creative ideas to enhance the visitor experience, including a 2.3 x 4 metre motion wall to add movement and energy to the space.

To ensure a seamless execution, we provided 3D renders to help visualise the stand before production, allowing the team to make informed decisions on the final layout. We also produced a 2-minute 15-second showcase video, highlighting Echo Packaging’s innovative work and their cutting-edge “Recirc” branding, which was also developed within the same demanding timeframe.

Despite the short turnaround, we delivered a professional and polished result that not only met but exceeded expectations. This project is a testament to our ability to work under pressure, combining creativity and efficiency to bring brands to life in an exhibition setting.
